TORI ADAMS, CLINICAL INTERN
Victoria Adams is committed to supporting individuals through their personal challenges and life transitions. Currently, she is obtaining her Master's degree and license in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Arizona University. Growing up as a high-level gymnast, she has gained a profound understanding of an athlete's mindset as well as the unique life events faced by teenagers and young adults. She is dedicated to helping individuals navigate difficult times by providing a supportive and empathetic space where they can process their experiences and grow. Victoria enjoys working with clients to boost their confidence, enhance their self-worth, and overcome mental barriers. She employs therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in her practice.
