Services
Individual Therapy
We offer individual sessions in office and via Telehealth. We provide general mental health outpatient therapy which may include presenting concerns such as; depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, eating disorders, relationship concerns, and more. We create treatment plans that are customized to your mental health needs and goals.
Couples Therapy
We offer couples therapy both in person and via Telehealth. Couples therapy is a great way for couples to assess the current system of their relationship and attachment. They can develop stronger methods of communication, learn effective conflict resolution skills, learn how meet their partner’s needs with love language, and strengthen the overall bond. Couples therapy is also a place that is typically turned to when there has been a rupture in the relationship that needs to be healed. This space can allow the couple to process and explore each other’s emotions. It is important to note that a rupture does not have to take place for a couple to engage in therapy and we encourage all couples to consider therapy together to build a stronger emotionally intimate connection to one another.
Children and Family Therapy
We offer general mental health outpatient individual therapy as well as family sessions for ages 5-17, both in office and via Telehealth. We believe it is important for children to have a safe, confidential space to process their emotions. We offer family sessions in conjunction with individual child/adolescent sessions to assess how the family functions and strengthen the family system.
Group Therapy
In the future we plan to offer group therapy sessions. Group therapy is a unique experience where a group of people with shared experiences come together to explore and process emotions in a safe, confidential space. Group therapy offers a sense of community that individual therapy may not provide. Group therapy can be done in conjunction with any other type of therapy. If you are interested in participating in a group, please communicate this with your clinician so we can assess the demand for group sessions and what topics may be beneficial to our practice’s community!
