I partner with adults, teenagers, and pre-teens to develop coping skills and stress management techniques to improve daily life at school, at home and work, in relationships, and beyond.  As a certified educator who has spent over 20 years in Arizona K-8 schools, I also have a special place in my heart for teachers and school staff experiencing the stress of high demands in education today. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor, Certified K-8 Educator, and Yoga Instructor, trained in utilizing Expressive Arts Therapies and Trauma-Informed Practices in educational and therapeutic settings.  I employ an empowering combination of techniques pulled from Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy, Creative Therapies, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy in individual and small group sessions.  I am here to encourage and nurture your natural curiosity, intuition, and creativity, because what you need to thrive is already inside you!  We will bring it alive together and develop forward thinking to encourage positive thoughts about the wonderful possibilities for your future.
